I felt that my results were extremely accurate. I was really surprised at how accurate they were and it allowed me to understand a couple new things about myself. The report reaffirmed some things I had heard about myself that I didn’t previously recognize as well. I can see the benefit of leaders knowing these things about the people they lead as well as knowing these things about themselves.
