Team Communications

Initially, we didn’t know what to expect but very quickly the Forté system became our regular team builder. It allowed us to come together as a group more, get to know each other better, develop as a high-performing team and gain insights into individual development. We were able to work and deliver as a team more efficiently than ever before.

To win, teams must have a feeling of unity.

Just as each member of your team is unique, so are their communication styles and strengths.

Our system allows you to understand each person’s unique style of communication. This knowledge is capable of transforming your team’s interpersonal relationships, creating a high level of synergy and trust.

Each member of your team takes five minutes to complete their Benchmark Communication Style survey and discover their personal strengths. From this, we create your Team Pulse, which aggregates the collective data and demonstrates how high-performing your team is.

This data makes it clear what areas you need to focus on to improve alignment and resiliency throughout your team.

We focus on helping your team members understand how they fit into the organization, how they are currently adapting to their environment, and how to collaborate more successfully with their teammates.

Our goal is to help you reach maximum success through team alignment, synergy, and appreciation of the diversity around your table!

When you join one of our plans, your dedicated Communication Coach becomes like an extended member of your team. Using the results of Team Pulse reports and your own goals, help make the next step achievable. Throughout the process, they work closely with you in strategizing how to take your team’s synergy to the next level.

Understanding your own work culture is also paramount to transforming your team. With our proven system, culture can be assessed and steered in a goal-oriented direction fostering productivity that aligns with business strategy, which is crucial to overall performance.
