A prosperous team begins with identifying the communication methods needed for any individual position to succeed within that team. That’s why we support hiring managers in identifying the right communication methods for their company.

First, the hiring manager will use the Profile Model report to identify the successful behaviors and key performance indicators required for the job. We will then survey your top performers and determine their communication strengths and how they are successfully adapting to their work environment. This gives us a base trend of what succeeding in the position looks like.

From here, short-listed candidates complete a Communication Stylesurvey. This provides the hiring manager with a comparative report of their strengths and communication style. 

The hiring manager then matches this to the top performer’s base trend. This creates a recruitment procedure that is simple and solid. 

Forté’s assistance doesn’t end with analyzing data and handing over reports. If you choose one of our plans, your dedicated Communication Coach becomes an extended member of your team. Throughout the process, they work with you to ensure you hire right the first time. It’s been shown that a “bad hire” can cost companies an average of 30% of that hire’s salary, and almost $240,000 for some companies (Zippia).

Optimize Onboarding

Onboarding is the extended support given to newly placed team members. It is about helping them successfully transition and integrate into their new roles and organizations. Beginning during the selection process, after an individual is hired, onboarding should continue for 6 to 12 months, although fully settling in and feeling confident in a role can take even longer (LinkedIn).

We help you onboard new hires effectively, ensuring long-term retention by creating a developmental communication strengths session. We focus on key relationships, culture, competency, and behavioral expectations.

Using Forté Interaction Reports, the new hire can cultivate strong relationships with management and team members. These Interaction Reports are the key to building trust and rapport with not only new hires but throughout an organization. We also provide monthly coaching sessions to assess how the new hire is adapting to their current environment.
