The Team Pulse Report is built from the individual Communication Style Report. From here the data is compiled into a Team Pulse report, enabling the coach to understand and strategize with the different strengths present in the team.

The report provides a comprehensive view of the makeup of the team. It also shows how your team is adapting to the current environment and how it is most likely coming across to others. A composite set of bar charts shares team strengths, current logic style, current stamina level, and current goals index (Fig. 1).
