Environments and personnel change very quickly in the world of business and understanding how these changes are affecting your team are fundamental to employee happiness, retention, and business strategy. The Adapting Style Report surveys how an individual is adapting to his or her most recent 30‐day environment and is the second step toward excellent team communication. This report is unique to Forté which is the only system or process to offer this capability. With each adapting update, trending data is automatically added to previous reports, and a new communication style strategy for the next thirty days is created. This allows you to continuously track adapting patterns and learn more about how your team works together dynamically over time.

The Adapting Report works in correlation with the Communication Style Report. Your team member will first understand their primary communication style (Fig. 1), and then how they are adapting to the workplace environment (Fig. 2). Finally, by combining these findings, your team member will understand how their communication style is most likely being perceived by others in the workspace (Fig. 3).

What makes Forté different and unique is its ability to profile individuals every thirty days through the Adapting Updates. By continuously monitoring communication strategy, you are able to quickly see the changes in communication from the first time a team member takes their Benchmark Communication Style survey through their most recent Adapting Update report.
